Picture this – it’s 2 A.M., computer is plugged in and on my desk in my office, and I’m snug in my bed. It’s a little spooky to have that same computer fixed from afar, but indeed what a blessing to wake up and find a significant computer problem gone! Rob has helped me through new software and hardware purchases, and recently walked me through the purchase of a new computer so that I got exactly what I needed – not more, not less. I’m completely dependent on my computer for my business, and I’m grateful to have TheMacJedi in my life!
